Meet Molly McGillicuddy, BA, MFA, RYT 200 Hr
Molly has been practicing yoga for over ten years. From the very first class she took, when she didn’t even know what downward dog was, she knew she had discovered something special. Since then, her passion for yoga has grown, and her love of the physical practice has expanded to an understanding of yoga principles in her life. Both on and off her mat, yoga brings a sense of compassion, the freedom to explore and make mistakes, honest and authentic engagement, and a discovery of her true self-expression. As a teacher, she hopes to allow students the space to discover these ideals and more in their own practice and in their lives.
Molly received her 200-hr certification through Baptiste Power Yoga Institute. She continued her study with experienced teachers and practitioners, Cindy Boulter and Theresa Murphy, and is currently enrolled in a a 300-hr training in the eight limbs of yoga with Gregor Singleton and Claire Este-McDonald. She would like to thank each of her teachers for the knowledge and passion they share.
