The Wellness Way: Reducing Stress

This program is limited to 10 students.  Advance sign up is required, no walk ins accepted.


This weekly course on stress reduction and wellness will teach you methods for stress management that you can use in your daily life. This small group class will be a warm, welcoming and safe place to explore the nature of stress, stress triggers and positive solutions to develop a more balanced approach to stress.


  Each class will include a variety of the following –

  • 45 Minutes of Gentle Yoga

  • Guided Meditation

  • Breath Work

  • Group Discussion

  • Audio Guide of a Daily Gentle Yoga Practice

  • 2 Guided Meditations (Audio)

  • Program Manual with homework assignments


This course is 10 CEUs for certified yoga teachers.
