2019 Maine Coast Retreat

November 1 – 3, 2019

Our retreat is designed for rest and renewal away from the everyday movement of the world. You are immersed in a private, beautiful setting surrounded by nature and the sounds of the sea. In this atmosphere, we turn on the practices of asana, pranayama and meditation to heal, strengthen, revitalize and deepen the experience of self-understanding. Our retreat begins as we return to ourselves amidst the beauty of the natural world.

“I look forward to this weekend every year. Perfect place to regain peace and balance.”

    ~Mary M. 2018

“In an era where there is so much attention to fads and frequent distortion of long-established and revered yoga/meditation practices, I love this studio for the authenticity and commitment to cultivating a genuine yoga community with a focus on supporting all aspects of the practice, philosophies, etc.”

    ~Suzanne M. 2017

“This is my 6th year. Setting is extraordinary, building is gorgeous, food is delicious and program and fellow participants are just a joy!”

    ~Candy G. 2018

“Each year I come with a group of special ladies..we share laughter, yoga, tears and stories. Most of all we share our hearts. We are able to do this because CMY has offered a safe, nurturing and fun weekend space with this annual retreat. Thank you Lucy and staff for the precious memories!!!”
