Reiki Training and Attunement – March, April and May  2019 

 Reiki is a Japanese technique for helping to reduce stress, while promoting relaxation and healing. Reiki treatments help to balance energy of the seven chakras and heals the body on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Reiki is a treatment where the practitioner channels Universal Life Energy to the recipient by “laying on hands”. A treatment can feel like a wonderful glowing radiance that fills and surrounds the body.

Yoga Warriors International™ Teacher Training  – March 2020 

This training program is open to anyone who is inspired to facilitate healing to those with PTSD or Combat Stress Disorder and to professionals who work with (or would like to work with) active-duty military personnel, veterans, first responders and their families. Yoga Warriors Training topics covered include: How to start a Yoga Warriors program in your area; conducting a class for military, veterans and first responders with PTSD; develop an understanding of PTSD; reducing triggers in class; understanding the combat experience from a veterans perspective; experiencing and facilitating restorative yoga; chair yoga for those with limited mobility; the business of YWI and practice teaching a Yoga Warriors class. Training takes place on a Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. You must attend both days to receive your certificate.

Beginner Course in Shamanic Studies – Fall 2019 

200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training – September 2019 – May 2020

Our experienced 500-hour instructors bring diverse knowledge from multiple traditions to provide a comprehensive learning experience. The program is rooted in classical hatha yoga and includes training in Iyengar-based alignment, vinyasa, restorative yoga, yin yoga, pranayama (breathwork), meditation techniques, and more!

Our program is more than just learning poses. Students learn how proper alignment creates stability, strength, and balance. We incorporate teaching instruction using props and modifications to help students practice without stress or strain. We dive deep into yoga philosophy and ways to incorporate yoga into daily life.
