Mommy and Me Yoga is a unique class that is incredibly beneficial to Mommy-Baby Pairs. For Mommies – it’s a great level one class that allows the postpartum bodies to heal, to move, and relax a bit. For Babies – Mommies learn movements that help baby be calm, improve digestion, relieve gas, sleep better, explore their surroundings, and hopefully take a good nap after class!
