The universe, you never know what she has in store for you.
Special deliveries, every day. Are you there to receive them?
Do you see, smell, taste, touch, hear, sense, and feel all that is around you?
Can you pause for a moment and just be?
The delivery is here. Are you able to receive it?
A hawk soaring up above you in the sun-filled sky, with graceful beauty. Did you see her?
The red roses and lavender blooming in the garden, with the fragrance of love and calm. Did you notice?
The chocolate tart with vanilla bean gelato, rich, luxurious, and mellow in the same delectable bite. Were you aware?
The soft and fuzzy fur of the faithful friend who greets you every day with gentle loving kindness. Did you notice?
The guitars, drums, piano, vocals. The rhythm, tempo, dynamics, passion. All the multiple layers of a favorite song. Did you hear this?
The sense of joy and sorrow, love and loss, wonder and pain, and the energy of all that is in between. Have you noticed?
The feeling of all the emotions of life, the ups and downs, backwards and sideways; the great rollercoaster ride.
